Avery Woods is getting a change of scenery.

The influencer and podcast host is leaving her $949,900 family home in Arizona behind after securing a buyer, just days after putting the property on the market, according to Realtor.com.

After living on her Mesa property for the past six years, Woods — who shares two children with her husband, David — is moving out of state and fully settling down in California.

The nurse-turned-content creator first revealed she and her family were moving in a TikTok shared on March 26.

“Onto the next chapter,” the mom of two wrote over the video. “6 years of memories here 🏠 excited to make more in our new home 🤍” she captioned the post.

Woods later confirmed she and her family were moving to California in another video shared on TikTok on March 31. She also documented her travel journey on her YouTube channel.

“We missed you, California 🏠🌊 full moving vlog on YouTube,” she captioned the post, along with a cheeky reference to a viral meme overlayed on the clip. “A moment that felt like hozier’s yell: knowing we’re finally home,” she wrote.

In the days that followed, Woods shared videos chronicling her family’s day-to-day happenings since their move to California, noting that they are still looking for a new home.

“First grocery haul in CA 🥹🏠 we are in a short-term rental while we house hunt but this will be our kitchen through the summer 🥰 can’t wait to share our house hunting vlogs!!!!” she captioned a TikTok video.

Woods didn’t immediately reply to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

The social media star spoke with PEOPLE exclusively in November 2024, opening up about her background as a PICU nurse and how it eventually informed her life as an influencer and podcaster today.

Trying to balance work, social media and her family life was a challenge, but one that intrigued Woods. “It was probably too much but I think I’m a very motivated person,” she told PEOPLE at the time.

“At one point, I was actually working two nursing jobs at the same time. So I worked in the Pediatric ICU bedside and then I also worked as a nurse injector,” she said, noting that she graduated nursing school at age 22.

Woods was at the end of her pregnancy with her daughter and already had a toddler son. “I worked in the ICU up until five days before my C-section with my daughter,” she recalled before making a career pivot to social media full time.

Today, the working mom is a pro at managing her different endeavors. In addition to brand deals, Woods also hosts the podcast, CHEERS! with Avery Woods.

Speaking with PEOPLE, she recalled the whirlwind the past year has been, noting how grateful she was for her career as an influencer and how it has helped her support her family.

“I was lucky if I broke $60,000 a year when I was working at a trauma center,” she explained. “And we were living paycheck to paycheck during that. I will never get used to this, the space that I’m in now and how privileged we are.”

“My husband and I did not come from families with money,” she continued. “My parents were educators for 42 years. My husband comes from a family of addicts, so he was pretty much raised by his grandparents. To be in the position we’re in, we’re just so grateful.”
