The actress plays the titular character in Prime Videoâs new crime thriller, âScarpetta,â which premiered today, March 11.
The new series, adapted from Patricia Cornwellâs series of thriller novels, follows forensic pathologist and medical examiner Kay Scarpetta (Kidman) as the case that made her career 28 years earlier comes back to haunt her as her current murder investigation shares some striking similarities.
