A new drama about love, resilience and transformation is set to hit Paramount+ tomorrow, March 14.
âThe Madisonâ comes from âYellowstoneâ creator Taylor Sheridan, who also helms shows like âLandmanâ and âTulsa King.â While âThe Madisonâ was initially announced as a spin-off furthering the âYellowstoneâ universe, it is now an original drama that is not connected to the Dutton family.
Paramount+ notes that the series is Sheridanâs most intimate work to date.
Per the logline, âThe Madisonâ is set âacross two distinct worlds: the beautiful landscape of Montana and the vibrant energy of Manhattan as it examines the ties that bind families together.â
The new series âis a heartfelt study of grief and human connection following a New York City family in the Madison River valley of central Montana.â Pfeiffer leads the cast as Stacy Clyburn, the matriarch of the central Clyburn family, while Kurt Russell stars as her husband Preston.
After the six-episode run wraps up in a few weeks, it likely wonât be long before âThe Madisonâ is back on our screens; a second season has already been filmed.
