Mother-of-three Helen Skelton is spending the summer holidays close to home with an oceanside family staycation in Cornwall, looking every inch the beach babe.
The 43-year-old soaked up the sun in a sage swimsuit while spending quality time on the sand with her four-year-old daughter Elsie. Helen was beaming in a pair of oversized sunglasses while carrying her mini-me daughter, whose matching blonde hair was also drenched from the sea, tightly in her arms.
The BBC Morning Live presenter showed off her toned arms and legs in her flattering minimalist swimsuit, which featured delicate over-the-shoulder straps, a ribbed texture and a scoop neckline with a V-shaped split down the middle, as seen more closely in a second oceanside photo.
Helen took a selfie by the shoreline at golden hour with her bright blonde hair dried from the sun and swept effortlessly to the side with stray strands framing her face. She elevated her casual beach attire to a resort-ready look with a statement chunky yellow gold choker necklace.
“Scenery (in parts) like the Caribbean but better pasties. Glorious grandparents and kids that still (seem) to like my company. Road tripping,” she captioned the fun-filled holiday snaps with her three children – Ernie, 11, Louis, nine, and Elsie – who looked to be having a ball frolicking on the beach and exploring the rock pools.

Helen’s holiday wardrobe was the perfect blend of casual daywear and effortless resort glamour.
The presenter changed into a fiery red swimsuit with a plunging cutout in the midsection in another snap overlooking the coastline, showing off her tanned legs in a pair of light denim shorts worn over the top. She wore a second cutout swimsuit in black while supervising her sons who were having a ball shovelling the sand.
While she cut a casual figure on the beach, the presenter got dressed up in the evening to watch the sunset in a chic strapless maxi dress with an abstract design. Helen wore a pair of black platform sandals and swept her hair back in a messy bun.

The presenter knows how to nail a fashion moment, no matter the season. Speaking to HELLO! exclusively in 2025, Helen opened up about how her middle son Louis offers his unfiltered advice and is her unofficial fashion assistant.
“If my friends have got work trips or business trips, they come over – that’s the only thing I bring to the group is that I’ll like put clothes together for them – and my kids are so funny,” Helen told us.
“My friends will come round and be like: ‘Oh, I’ll just borrow that black dress’ and literally my middle son will go: ‘You can wear black anytime you’re only going to this event once.’ My friend works in music, and so my middle son is like: ‘You can get away with anything in music, Kim.’
She continued: “I ordered some dresses online that just arrived, but I couldn’t get them fastened. I finally got it up and [Louis] said, ‘I’m not sure it’s doing anything for you, ‘ and I was like, ‘You’re so cute.'”
