Heather Dubrow and her husband Terry Dubrow are getting rid of their iconic Beverly Hills home with some assistance from their Bravo family.
“How many Josh’s does it take to sell the best 8.3 acre Tennis court estate in Beverly Hills?” the Real Housewives of Orange County star, 56, captioned a Wednesday, March 19, Instagram carousel.
Her cover image showed Heather smiling as she stood in the middle of Million Dollar Listing costars Josh Altman and Josh Flagg — who helped her sell the mansion once owned by the late Italian film producer Dino De Laurentiis.
The Dubrows purchased the 8.3-acre home in 2023 for $19 million, and are listing the property for $25,000,000.
Heather’s round-up of pics included the pool area overlooking hills and a large tennis court.
According to the official listing, the Oscar-winning producer’s former home “offers breathtaking panoramic views stretching from the city skyline to the ocean.”
The 5-bedroom, 9-bathroom retreat overlooking Los Angeles has a hefty price tag for a reason.
The home features 15 parking spaces, perfect for planning large gatherings of family and friends, and stunning, 9-foot-high ceilings sure to wow them.
The new owners will get an opportunity to add their personal touches to the unfurnished property, but perks like “guest-maids quarters” add to the home’s appeal.
Additional highlights in the multi-level home include an office, a breakfast area, a formal dining area and a spa.
This is not the first time the Dubrows have had help from Altman, 46.
In November 2023, the reality star and real estate investor spoke exclusively to PEOPLE about how he “caught lightning” by helping the longtime couple with selling the 22,000-square-foot Chateau Dubrow.
“That deal was insane,” Altman told PEOPLE of the $55 million sale. “I like to give myself a ton of credit for that deal. I tell her all the time — and we’re super tight. I love her, I love Terry. I told Terry, I was like, ‘We caught lightning. Dude, we caught lightning.’ So it was a great deal and we’re really excited about it.”
The price tag made it the most expensive real estate sale that year and the third most expensive of all time for Orange County.
“There was a lot of nervousness in the deal,” Altman previously said during a conversation with the RHOC star on an episode of her podcast, Let’s Talk with Heather Dubrow.

“We’re not talking about a small deal here. This is not like a million, $5 million, $10 million deal. I’m trying to make waves in Orange County. This house is not just a spec house to [Heather]. There were so many emotions in that deal,” he said.
Their Beverly Hills home, which is now up for grabs, was bought following the Dubrows’ 2022 Los Angeles penthouse acquisition.
