Hayden Panettiere’s West Hollywood neighbors were warned about Brian Hickerson one year before the late actress’ death.
A flyer with pictures of the “Nashville” alum’s on-again, off-again boyfriend was posted by the Homeowners Association in August 2025, per TMZ.
Community members were urged to call the cops if they spotted “this individual [who] has been seen trespassing the common areas and hallways” and to “please … not grant him access into the building.”
The flyer continued, “If he is seen anywhere on this property, please call 911 immediately and report that he is trespassing on the premises.”
