Hailey Bieber perfects lingerie dressing in lace slip dress

Hailey Bieber just blended bold animal print with after-dark dressing for her latest date night look. The Rhode founder stepped out for sushi alongside her husband, Justin Bieber, on September 8 – and her ensemble is a love letter to sartorial-coded vintage.  

The beauty mogul wore a silk leopard print dress from the Roberto Cavalli archives. The midi dress, which was adorned with lace-trimmed embroidery on the neckline and hemline, boasted a figure-hugging silhouette with a scooped neck and spaghetti straps. 

Hailey styled her pre-loved number with a pair of vintage Manalo Blahnik kitten heel sandals, The Row’s brown leather Ingrid bag, and skinny black sunglasses. Her luscious toasted-almond hued locks were left down in soft waves while her makeup oozed soft glam, courtesy of a bronzed complexion and glossy lip. 

The Rhode founder’s archival Roberto Cavalli dress is the perfect example of the underwear-as-outerwear trend that has peppered the runway during recent fashion seasons. Negligees, often sheer or silky interpretations of women’s night gowns or slip dresses, have become the go-to staple for dinner dates by today’s It-girls. 

Romantic slip dresses were championed during the spring/summer 2024 shows, with the likes of Coperni, Gucci and Versace all embracing iterations of the whimsical négligée. With delicate mesh, sumptuous silk, intricate lace, and flirtatious hems, the look elevates chic eveningwear with a daring twist.

Hailey Bieber poses nude for striking cover

Hailey’s latest fashion moment comes after she graced the cover of Renell Medrano’s ICE magazine, appearing in Vol. 3: The Brazil Issue. The 29-year-old was photographed nude while gazing directly at the camera and sipping a can of the Brazilian drink Guaraná Antarctica.

“I’m comfortable with her pushing me, photographing me differently, helping me be seen in a different way,” Hailey told the outlet. “Because I know she just wants me to be comfortable in myself, too.”

Hailey’s flawless figure is courtesy of her protein-packed diet – and there’s one recipe that has gone seriously viral on social media.  “I’m sorry, but my chicken meatballs with tomato sauce, cottage cheese, and parmesan is seriously to die for and one of my favorite things I make,” she previously wrote alongside a snap of her dinner on Instagram. “Don’t knock it until you try it.”

 “I eyeball everything, no measurements. Ground chicken (or meat of choice), Italian seasoning, Ricotta cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, gluten free Italian bread crumbs, one egg, mix form meatballs cook in a pan til crispy on the outside, cover with any tomato sauce of choice, and scoop of cottage cheese on top and grated parmesan,” she penned. 

“Side note, I also make this without the sauce a lot, just the meatballs and cottage cheese, and parm…that’s also delicious,” Hailey added.
