It’s time to party like the White Lotus cast!

A Thailand rental properties featured in season 3 of the hit Max series is available for rent on Airbnb. The stunning hilltop estate is inhabited by Jon Gries’s character Greg – newly known as Gary – in the new season and was the site of a scandalous party in the penultimate episode.

While the villa does not include inappropriate hook-ups, your own LBH or an older man who changed his identity after the mysterious death of his wife, it can comfortably house eight guests with its extraordinary four bedrooms and five baths, per the Airbnb listing.

Located near Chaweng Beach in Koh Samui, the sprawling property, called “Samujana Twenty-Seven,” features an infinity pool, outdoor barbecue, a rooftop terrace, and views of the surrounding Gulf of Thailand.

All four bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom and access to a terrace. Additional luxury amenities include a wine fridge, fitness room and a TV room. The space has a modernist design with simple white, gray and beige finishes and a living room conversation pit, perfect for exchanging juicy secrets.

Guests can also add an array of services at an extra cost, including a personal driver, babysitting, a private chef and various spa treatments. Additionally, guests will have access to other amenities on the estate, including a tennis court, shared beach access, and, fittingly for a guest at The White Lotus, 24-hour security.

A stay comes with complimentary round-trip private airport transfers, a welcome drink, a dedicated attendant, daily breakfast, WIFI and housekeeping.

As with most listings on Airbnb, the property has flex pricing, so it changes depending on the dates and demand. For instance, one could rent the property for a two-day minimum in the middle of May for about $1,784 per night. However, in July, the villa has a three-day minimum and would cost $7,136, which is about $2,378 per night.

According to Airbnb, searches for Koh Samui increased more than 80% in 2024, when the filming location for the show’s third season was announced, compared to the year prior. High Season, when the weather is cooler and dryer, is January and February.

In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, producer David Bernad opened up about the rental property. He noted that the villa is “beautiful” but also “quite far” from the other shooting locations, which caused some difficulties for the production.

Bernad also shared that he and series creator Mike White “lived in a house next door to” this one while filming.

“We stayed in the house next door just to save on time because our hotel was so far away from that location,” he said. “But yeah, that’s an actual Airbnb in a really nice neighborhood.”

To take a White Lotus-themed vacation itinerary even further, visitors can dine like the show’s stars.

Featured in the April 7 issue of PEOPLE are two establishments that the cast and crew enjoyed during the 5-month shoot: Coco Tam’s, a beachside bar, where Lalisa Manobal (Mook) and Bernad became such regulars that the staff kept a corner table for them; and 2 Fishes, a Mediterranean restaurant, that was a “go-to” for the whole gang.

There are several other filming locations die-hard fans of the series can check out.

While The White Lotus hotel is fictional, the season was filmed at four different real properties. The Four Seasons Koh Samui, Anantara Bophut Koh Samui, Anantara Mai Khao Phuket Villas and Rosewood Phuket were all used as different parts of titular resort.

Two of the luxury properties are located on Koh Samui, while the other two are about 200 miles away off the west coast on Thailand’s largest island, Koh Phuket, located in the Andaman Sea.

The finale of The White Lotus season 3 airs Sunday, April 6 at 9 p.m. ET on HBO and Max.
