Gwyneth Paltrow is giving a stamp of approval to Meghan Markle’s lifestyle pivot.

The Goop founder shared her honest reaction to the Duchess of Sussex launching her As Ever brand in her Vanity Fair April 2025 cover story published Tuesday.

“Everybody deserves an attempt at everything that they want to try,” Paltrow explained, noting she has not seen the trailer for Markle’s new Netflix show, “With Love, Meghan.”

She added, “I was raised to see other women as friends, not foes. I think there’s always more than enough to go around.”

The actress, 52, recalled her mom, Blythe Danner, once telling her, “Another woman is never your competition. … What is right for you will find you.”

In fact, Paltrow added that she has a “strong instinct to stand up for” Markle, 43, as she does whenever there is “noise about certain women in the culture.”

The Oscar winner said she doesn’t “know Meghan and [Prince] Harry” personally despite living in Montecito, Calif., like the couple.

However, she clarified, “I’ve met Meghan, who seems really lovely, but I don’t know her at all. Maybe I’ll try to get through their security detail and bring them a pie.”

Paltrow and her husband, Brad Falchuk, made headlines in May 2023 for dining with Harry, 40, and Markle.

They ate sushi together in London alongside Cameron Diaz and her husband, Benji Madden, as well as Bumble CEO Whitney Wolfe Herd and Texas oil heir Michael Herd.

The following year, Markle soft-launched her brand, which she initially called American Riviera Orchard, by sending homemade jam to a select few.

She rebranded the company to As Ever in February following trademark setbacks, one month ahead of “With Love, Meghan” premiering to scathing reviews from UK critics — and her estranged family members.

The series has since been renewed for a second season on the streaming platform.

Pamela Anderson, notably, also made a recent pivot to lifestyle and debuted “Pamela’s Cooking with Love” in February.

Amid claims Markle copied the “Baywatch” alum’s project, co-creator Jesse Fawcett told the Daily Mail, “We take pride in planting the first seeds — creating original, distinctive programming audiences love.”

Paltrow, for her part, turned to lifestyle when she launched Goop in 2008 — and she insisted in Tuesday’s interview that the business is still going “strong” despite 2024 headlines about layoffs.

“We are not doing this because the business is faltering. Case in point, we’re still here. We just had our best year,” she said.

“We’ve gotten bloated. We need to focus. Unfortunately, we had to do a reorg.”
