Gisele Bündchen shared that there was no “perfect roadmap” to life following her divorce from Tom Brady and bombshell pregnancy news.
“There’s no guide to life, no perfect roadmap to follow,” the model wrote on Instagram Thursday alongside a photo of herself basking in the sunshine on a dock.
“But remember everything you are, is a choice! To feel good, to be healthy, and to cultivate a positive mindset are daily choices that only you can commit to.”
Bündchen, 44, continued, “Each day presents the opportunity to choose habits that nourish your body, uplift your spirit, and guide you toward the life you truly want to live. 🙏🏽.”
The expectant mother’s encouraging message comes after sources told People that she and boyfriend Joaquim Valente, 35, were welcoming their first child together.
“Gisele and Joaquim are happy for this new chapter in their life and they’re looking forward to creating a peaceful and loving environment for the whole family,” a source told the outlet.
Insiders told TMZ that Bündchen was around six months pregnant and the baby would likely arrive in early 2025.
The Brazilian beauty has kept her pregnancy under wraps, though since the news broke, she has flaunted her bump while heading to work out and attending events.
Bündchen was recently photographed wearing leggings and a tank top while walking to the gym on Wednesday.
Sources previously told Page Six that the mother of two got together with Valente, her jiu-jitsu instructor, after she and Brady, 47, split.
In Feburary, insiders told us the couple were “deeply in love.”
Bündchen and Brady, meanwhile, revealed they were separating after 13 years of marriage in November 2022.
The exes share Benjamin,14, and daughter Vivian, 11, and the NFL alum is also the father to 17-year-old son Jack with his ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan.
Earlier this month, an insider told Page Six that Bündchen and Brady “were open” to having another baby before they called it quits.
Another source told us that Bündchen’s pregnancy news left the New England Patriots alum “stunned” and a third added Brady is currently single.
