Giada De Laurentiis revealed she “busted her toe” one week before she’s set to compete on “Dancing With the Stars.”

The celebrity chef, 56, showed her visibly bruised middle toe on her right foot in an Instagram video Tuesday.

“As you can see, it’s quite purple, and it wraps all the way around,” she said, giving fans a close-up of her foot and pointing to it with a red arrow.

She added, “I’m for sure going to lose a toenail I think.”

De Laurentiis said the injury hurt, but took it in stride.

“We’ll figure it out tomorrow,” she said with a sigh. “Part of the game.”

The Food Network star is partnered with pro dancer Alan Bersten on Season 35 of “DWTS,” which premieres next Tuesday.

She said in an interview with E! News earlier this month that ABC approached her 10 times to compete on the hit dancing competition, and she finally said yes thanks to her daughter, Jade, 18.

“This time, I thought, with my daughter pushing me and with my daughter out of my house [at college] this is a really good time for me to go on a new adventure and push myself to do something I’ve never done,” she shared.

“I tried to get out of it,” she also admitted. “Right before I dropped her off, I was like, ‘I can’t. This is just too much.’ And she’s like, ‘Mom! Pull up your boots and let’s go. Get it together.’”

De Laurentiis has some tough competition this season, especially given that some of her fellow contestants — like “Step Up” star Jenna Dewan and “Glee” alum Harry Shum Jr. — have extensive previous dance experience.

Dewan, who was formerly a Janet Jackson backup dancer, recently clapped back at critics who think it’s unfair she’s competing against celebs with zero dance history.

“Let’s be clear. It’s two different languages,” she insisted to Entertainment Weekly.

Dewan, 45, continued, “There’s parts of my dance training that’s helpful, obviously. I’ve learned choreography, I can perform, but there is a certain sense of unlearning for me.”

Noting that ballroom is a “brand-new technique,” she explained, “It almost threw me off initially because I had to unlearn a lot of — I don’t want to say bad habits — but just habits of the style that I’m used to.”
