George Lopez sported a sleek look celebrating his current sitcom, Lopez v. Lopez.
On Friday, April 11, the George Lopez alum, 63, arrived at the 2025 NBCU Emmy Luncheon in Los Angeles, and was looking a little different than his last public appearance.
The Lopez v. Lopez star wore a gray jacket atop a black t-shirt, and paired the look with matching gray trousers. He had his gray hair slicked back in a ponytail. He also opted to trim his beard and go with a goatee.
Ahead of the Friday event, Lopez hinted at the change in facial hair in an Instagram video on Monday, April 7. The actor and his former George Lopez costar and on-screen wife, Constance Marie, paid tribute to their time together on the ABC sitcom.

Both the ponytail and trimmed beard differed from his Thursday, Feb. 13, appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show, when internet users were stunned by Lopez’s shoulder-length, light gray hair and long gray beard.
During his interview, he acknowledged his change in appearance by saying he looks different from the Madame Tussauds wax figure that Hudson mentioned.
The talk show host showed him a picture of the sculpture in 2010, he knowingly said, “I don’t look like that anymore.”
Lopez recalled looking at his wax figure at the museum, detailing his cheeky exchange with a guard. “I went in to go look at it. And I was standing around it, and the guard goes, ‘Hey, leave that guy alone.’ ”
“I’m like, ‘Hey man, that’s me.’ He’s like, ‘That ain’t you,’ ” he recalled before joking he’d like to get another one that resembled him in the present day.
