Dolly Parton’s beloved theme park, Dollywood, will continue to remain open following the singer’s death on Tuesday.
In a statement shared on Instagram, the theme park — located in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee — announced it would be open for business Wednesday, “as Dolly wanted, always reminding everyone with her signature sparkle — ‘the show must go on.’”
Eugene Naughton, president of Dollywood Parks & Resorts, said in a statement that the “greatest privilege” of his life was “helping Dolly bring her dreams to life at Dollywood.”
