The star posed next to her son, Santiago Enrique BastĂłn, as he played in the sand.
âBeach babes with beach babies,â she wrote alongside the pictures.
Eva welcomed her only child Santiago with her husband José Bastón in June 2018. The couple tied the knot two years prior to the birth of her son.
Eva Longoriaâs workout routine
The 51-year-oldâs flawless figure is courtesy of her dedicated fitness regime. She typically blends heavy strength training, with cardio for stamina and more gentle yoga for stretching and active recovery.Â
âI wake up and work out at 5am with my trainer,â she previously told Good House Keeping. âMy workouts are really my form of meditation. Itâs my therapeutic hour.â Eva revealed her approach to exercise has changed as she has aged â from previously wanting abs to now a need for mental clarity.
âWe do strength training, with weights. Itâs heavy weights. Heavy, heavy weights with my trainer. After 50 we have to do resistance exercise, so itâs not easy,â she shared. âI rarely do cardio these days unless itâs bouncing. I go on the rebounder, and thatâs just so fun, but I only do that once or twice a week. The rest of the week is heavy weight training.â
She continued: âAfter a workout, I do meditate as well,â she says. âI also cook a lot, which is therapeutic to me. I journal, I take walks in nature, I ground myself.â
The star also opened up about whatâs sheâs discovered about herself in her fifties. âI think itâs a great time. You know, I had a meltdown when I turned 30. I was like, âOh my god, my life is over.â Now Iâm like, âShut up!'â she said.
âI loved turning 40, and I loved turning 50. I love the wisdom that comes with experience. I love the lifeâs journeys that I get to reflect on, but also look forward to. I think itâs a good moment of emotional inventory for me. The second half of my life is definitely about managing the time I have to do the things I really love.â
