Forget Miss Guided — Dylan Efron’s nickname might need to change to Miss Dirty.

Efron admitted that he thinks people shower too much and use too much soap during the process.

The “Traitors” star –– whose brother is Zac Efron –– answered rapid fire questions with the “Are You Okay?” show when he was asked about something he finds “overrated.”

“I think people shower too much,” Dylan, 33, said in the Instagram video shared Thursday.

The interviewer immediately quipped that she “hate[d] that answer,” but Efron doubled down on his hot take.

“We take way too many showers,” he reiterated. “I go in the pool a lot, like, there’s chlorine. It’s killing everything.”

When the interviewer pointed out that Efron’s probably not “scrubbing [his] body” in the pool, he clapped back and said people don’t even need to be using soap when they shower.

“We don’t need to soap our bodies every time we’re in the shower, either,” he said. “That’s way too much!”

Efron further confessed that he doesn’t like croissants, he tries to see every sunset and hasn’t learned any lying skills from “The Traitors.”

Unfortunately for Efron, many social media users didn’t share the same controversial opinion and joked about it in the comments.

“I want to go back to a time I didn’t hear this take on too many showers 😓,” one person commented.

“His take on sunsets is absolutely beautiful… but he still lost me at the chlorine bit 😅😭,” someone added.

“He’s definitely not okay with that take on showers…” another user wrote.

Efron quickly became an internet heartthrob while starring on Season 3 of “The Traitors” alongside reality TV personalities like “Summer House” star Ciara Miller, “RHONJ” star Dolores Catania, “Vanderpump Rules” alum Tom Sandoval and “Bachelorette” alum Gabby Windey.

Before joining the hit Peacock show, he worked on various movie and TV sets –– like “Down to Earth with Zac Efron,” “A Star is Born,” “American Sniper” and “Get Hard.”
