- Bowen told British Vogue that planning the wedding was âreally all quite organic.â
JordanLuca designers Jordan Bowen and Luca Marchetto made sure their Milan Fashion Week runway show was unforgettable.
The couple, who founded their namesake fashion label in 2018, closed out their fall/winter 2025 show on Saturday, Jan. 18 with their own wedding. Instead of the usual bow, Bowen and Marchetto strolled down the runway to a platform decorated with a pink curtain and flowers.
An officiant, who introduced herself as Arabella, then appeared and announced the nuptials.
âItâs not every day that a show at Fashion Week ends with the designers producing a finale quite like this one,â she shared in her speech. âIn fact, Iâm going to be presumptuous and assume that none of you will have ever experienced anything like it.â
Arabella continued, âWe all know that Jordan and Luca like to challenge the normal and theyâve excelled themselves this time. You really are in for a treat, something completely unique and unusual, much like Jordan and Luca themselves. Is it real? Is it imagined? What is this? Well Iâll tell you, the show is the wedding and the wedding is the show.â

The audience then erupted into cheers. Bowen and Marchetto went on to exchange heartfelt vows and, after being pronounced married, shared a kiss. The newlyweds then cut a massive tiered wedding cake (that featured 3D-printed versions of themselves as cake toppers) as the runway models gathered around.
Of the decision to get married, Bowen told British Vogue, âPart of us still doesnât really believe in marriage, because so much of the institution is about ownership. I mean, even when writing our vows, it was interesting because we donât feel the need to make these promises because we have already made them and we live them every day. But what we do believe is that love should be seen.â

Per Vogue, the couple met in line for the bathroom at the since-closed gay dive bar The Joiners Arms in London in 2011.
Bowen also told the outlet that planning the wedding was âreally all quite organic,â though they had gone back and forth about whether the ceremony should occur at the beginning or end of the show.
âBut itâs still a runway show, so that defines which one comes first,â Bowen explained, while Marchetto added: âFashion comes first!â
