Dave Grohl’s wife, Jordyn Blum, has decided to give their marriage a second chance, six months after the Foo Fighters frontman fessed up to cheating and welcoming a baby outside of their union, a source told Us Weekly Wednesday.
“Jordyn has forgiven Dave and is trying to move on,” the insider told the outlet.
“She is [still] completely devastated by the situation but is standing by his side.”
“They are going to counseling, and Dave has been doing anything he can to win back Jordyn’s trust,” the source continued, adding that “neither of them wants the family broken.”
A rep for Grohl did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
In recent months, the couple has been spotted spending more time together.
A little more than a week ago, Grohl and Blum, who married in 2003, were seen flashing matching smiles as they headed to meet a friend for lunch in Los Angeles.
Grohl, 56, announced that he welcomed a child with another woman in September 2024 — one month after the secret love child was born.
“I’ve recently become the father of a new baby daughter, born outside of my marriage,” he announced on Instagram at the time.
“I plan to be a loving and supportive parent to her. I love my wife and my children, and I am doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness.”
In February, The Post exclusively revealed the identity of the mother of the rock star’s new baby as 38-year-old Jennifer Young.
The “Everlong” hitmaker is also father to daughters Violet, 18, Harper, 15, and Ophelia, 10, all of whom he shares with Blum, 48.
After the scandal made headlines, the “Storyteller” author and Blum ditched their wedding rings and appeared to be heading for a divorce. People even reported that Grohl retained legal counsel.
However, an insider revealed in November 2024 that the rocker dropped his lawyer and was hoping to “work things out with his wife.”
A second source told the outlet that Grohl “loves his family” and wanted to keep them together.
