Dakota Mortensen denied Taylor Frankie Paul’s allegations that he was creating a “desperate” and “destructive campaign to harm” her after a 2023 domestic violence video was released.

“As anyone who has seen the video will understand, this is a deeply upsetting situation,” he told Page Six in a statement on Thursday.

“I am, unfortunately, used to these baseless claims about me and our relationship, which I categorically deny. I am focusing on our son and his safety, and hope that Taylor will do the same.”

A rep for Paul, 31, wasn’t immediately available to Page Six for comment.

On Thursday, a 2023 video of the “Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” star hitting and throwing chairs at Mortensen, 33, was released.

The disturbing clip shows Paul’s now 8-year-old daughter, Indy, crying in the background while on the couch.

“Your daughter just got hit in the head with a metal chair,” Mortensen told the content creator.

Paul later responded by telling her ex-boyfriend, “You did this. You threw me.”

When police arrived, the TV personality told officers that Mortensen had tossed her to the floor before he started filming.

A spokesperson for Paul told Page Six that the video was “selectively edited” and therefore “conveniently omits context.”

The rep also slammed Mortensen’s “never-ending, desperate, attention-seeking, destructive campaign to harm Taylor without any regard for the consequences for their child.”

At the time, Paul was arrested and charged with assault, criminal mischief and commission of domestic violence in front of a minor. However, she later claimed the charges were dropped.

Additionally, Mortensen filed a restraining order against Paul on Tuesday after she allegedly attacked him twice in February.

According to TMZ, Mortensen accused Paul of choking him and claimed she had threatened to hurt herself. He also requested temporary custody of their 2-year-old son, Ever.

Filming for the upcoming “SLOMW” season was halted in light of the domestic violence investigation, People reported.

ABC also canceled the upcoming season of “The Bachelorette” starring Paul shortly after the video was released.

“In light of the newly released video just surfaced today, we have made the decision to not move forward with the new season of ‘The Bachelorette’ at this time, and our focus is on supporting the family,” the network told Page Six.

Paul responded to the cancellation, telling Page Six that she is “very grateful for ABC’s support as she prioritizes her family’s safety and security.”

“After years of silently suffering extensive mental and physical abuse as well as threats of retaliation, Taylor is finally gaining the strength to face her accuser and taking steps to ensure that she and her children are protected from any further harm,” the rep said.
