Cynthia Erivo continues to bring wickedly fabulous fashion to the red carpet.
At the 2025 SAG Awards, the actress, 38, wore a metallic silver gown from Givenchy’s Fall/Winter 1997 collection by Alexander McQueen. The look was first worn on the runway by model Debra Shaw 28 years ago.
The dress featured multiple statement-making elements, including fringe on the collar and bell sleeves, plus a billowing back and an inverse train at the front. She also wore silver heels to create a seamless monochromatic moment.
Erivo leveled up her ensemble with an impressive selection of Bucherer Fine Jewellery. One of her rings featured an octagonal cut emerald while another boasted a cushion-cut intense yellow diamond.
Of course, Erivo’s look would not be without a one-of-a-kind manicure. She decked out her fingernails in Elphaba-coded talons decked out in multiple gemstones.
The actress is nominated for outstanding performance by a female actor in a leading role for playing Elphaba in Wicked. She’s up against Pamela Anderson for The Last Showgirl, Karla SofĂa GascĂłn for Emilia PĂ©rez, Mikey Madison for Anora and Demi Moore for The Substance.

Hot off the Wicked press tour (which also doubled as one long fashion show), Erivo has been a major fashion player this awards season.
Most recently, she had a major style moment at the NAACP Image Awards on Feb. 22. She traded another gown moment for a menswear-inspired Dolce & Gabbana pinstripe power suit.
Before that, she attended the 2025 BAFTA Awards in London outfitted in a custom figure-hugging white Louis Vuitton gown with floral lace pattern and statement neckline.
The actress also dripped in diamonds from Tiffany & Co., her jewelry selections including a few emeralds, giving a nod to Elphaba. One of the diamond bracelets adorning Erivo’s wrist from Tiffany & Co. included rectangular-cut emeralds that paired seamlessly with her earrings.
The week before, Erivo graced the red carpet at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, Calif., for the 2025 Critics Choice Awards in an edgy look. Erivo flaunted a skin-baring Armani PrivĂ© Haute Couture black gown with a low-cut peplum vest, beaded embellishments and a column skirt. Â
She accessorized the design with simple jewelry on her wrists and fingers, allowing her statement pastel blue French manicure to have a standout moment against her sexy black gown.Â
At the 2025 Golden Globes on Jan. 5 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, Erivo arrived in a custom Louis Vuitton black halter gown with silver sequin floral embellishments and a dramatic cinched waist.Â
The actress paired the gown with two statement rings and a multi-colored manicure.Â
Erivo revealed later that her manicurist, Mycah Dior, used five different OPI nail polish shades to complete the design — including the cobalt blue hue, Fiyero’s My Mani, from the limited-edition Wicked collection.
“You have to keep everyone guessing,” said Erivo in an interview with E!’s Zuri Hall on the red carpet. “Green is Elphaba’s skin color, but what she wears a lot is black. So, I’ve been trying to mess around with the shapes and structures of different kinds of black dresses.”
