The Beckham family rift still appears to be firmly present, with Brooklyn Beckham choosing to omit his mother from his Mother’s Day post, instead celebrating his mother-in-law, Claudia Heffner Peltz. Meanwhile, it’s business as usual for brand Beckham, with Victoria nailing her latest fashion show in Paris and rumours of Harper setting up her own makeup brand. Cruz is currently touring with his band, Cruz Beckham and the Breakers, and this week he is set to jet off for the European leg of the tour.

Clearly excited about his adventure, Cruz took to Instagram to tell his 2.3 million followers: “Back on tour tomorrow, I love ya,” on Tuesday. His next show, which happens to be in Paris, isn’t until 19 March, but he must depart London a day ahead of schedule to prepare. His fans branded the singing video he shared alongside the news “beautiful”.

The musicians will play in Paris, Amsterdam and then Berlin before heading back for three sell-out gigs in London, and The Courtyard Theatre. This will be their first time performing to crowds in Europe, after hit shows in places like Birmingham and Bristol. A reporter from Bristol Live attended his gig at the Exchange in Bristol, and said that although he was clearly nervous he had a stellar singing voice.

When not travelling, Cruz divides his time between London, the Cotswolds and Miami with the rest of his family as his parents own properties in all three locations.

Proud parents

David and Victoria have often attended Cruz’s gigs for moral support and the famous pair haven’t been shy about praising their talented son. When their son’s latest single dropped in February, mum Victoria shared a video of her son singing, writing: “We couldn’t be prouder of you.”

Reconciliation with Brooklyn?

In Brooklyn Beckham’s scathing attack on his family made on 20 January over Instagram, he was clear that he does “not want to reconcile” with his estranged mother, father and siblings. Since then, he has not written about them on social media.

However, it seems as though his brother Cruz is more hopeful for future relations. Earlier this month, during a walk with girlfriend Jackie Apostel in Paris, Cruz was asked whether he had any “well-wishes” for his brother on his birthday, to which he responded: “Happy birthday.” When asked whether they could reconcile, he said: “I hope to.”

Since then, Cruz was seen to take a swipe at his older brother, mocking his previous cooking videos which weren’t very well received online. “Wanna see the best cooking video ever? Don’t watch this then,” the 21-year-old penned as he showed himself cooking.
