Hearts will break in the second half of Southern Charm season 10.

In the PEOPLE exclusive debut of Southern Charm’s season 10 midseason trailer, the crew heads down to The Bahamas to meet up with Shep Rose’s girlfriend Sienna Evans.

“We were in love,” Shep, 45, says to Sienna, 26, in the trailer.

“I don’t know if we were in love…” the pageant queen responds.

Shep quickly grows to regret his decision to come down to The Bahamas. “I shouldn’t have done this,” he says.

Meanwhile, his ex-girlfriend Taylor Ann Green sees it as karma. “He’s having a taste of his own medicine,” she tells Madison LeCroy in the trailer.

The cameras caught the end of Craig Conover and Paige DeSorbo’s relationship, too.

When Craig, 35, asks Paige, 32, in the trailer when he’s going to see her again, she jokingly responds, “Never. This is the last time you’re ever going to see me and you just don’t know it.”

Craig and Paige broke up over Thanksgiving weekend in November after three years together, and the Summer House star announced the split the following month on her Giggly Squad podcast.

Austen Kroll observes in the trailer that “there were cracks” in Craig and Paige’s relationship, and Shep notes how “it doesn’t sound like he was driving this bus” when it came to the decision to end things.

“She asked me to buy her a ring and like, I did,” Craig tells Austen, 37, and Shep. “It was just like, over. It’s weird to like, mourn someone that’s still alive.”

When Craig first spoke out about the breakup in early January, he called it “very, very unexpected.”

“I was very shocked,” he said on his Instagram Stories. “And it’s okay. It takes two people to be in a relationship and you can’t control other people, you can only control how you react to it.”

The Sewing Down South founder told PEOPLE weeks ahead of the breakup that he and Paige were “playing the long game” in terms of taking the next steps in their relationship.

“We know we’re going to get married one day, and when it happens, it’ll be a lot of fun, but whenever that is, who knows?” Craig said. “Once you take yourself out of that pressure cooker and have some perspective and travel, life’s a little more simple. There’s no reason to put pressure on it. I think people will have a lot more of our lives to watch because we’re taking our time than if we were to rush it.”

In the weeks following Paige’s breakup announcement, the fashion influencer had been seen with sports executive Joe D’Amelio, but she denied that she’d moved on from Craig with him.

“I did not move on with some new guy,” she said on the Feb. 4 episode of Giggly Squad. “I am single. I don’t have a new boyfriend. I did not cheat on my ex-boyfriend. And it was a full month that we were broken up, and I didn’t say anything.”
