Color Craig Conover “confused.”

The “Southern Charm” star spoke candidly about his and Paige DeSorbo’s relationship issues on Thursday’s episode, which was filmed before the couple’s breakup over the holidays.

“I think everyone knows that, if it was up to me, we would just get engaged,” the businessman, 35, told co-star Shep Rose. “But she changes her mind a lot about stuff.”

Conover explained, “One day she’ll text me and say, ‘Let’s build a f–king farm house in the middle of nowhere,’ or, ‘I’m moving to Charleston.’ And then she’ll have a good day in New York and be like, ‘I love it up here.’”

He then admitted to Rose, 44, that his partner’s behavior was “confusing.”

However, Conover called their differing opinions “life” and said, “It’s a bunch of decisions and compromise.”

In a confessional, the attorney explained that it was “not a big deal” if he “waited a few years” to have children on DeSorbo’s ideal timeline.

He asked, “But what I’m risking is what if Paige wants to turn those couple years into 10 years?”

Six months after the episode was filmed, DeSorbo revealed that she and Conover had called it quits.

“I think we both were just being really mature and saying what we want and what we didn’t want,” the “Summer House” star, 32, said in a December 2024 “Giggly Squad” podcast episode. “I think it is the right decision for both of us.”

She claimed that “no one did anything” and “it wasn’t a bad thing.”

Conover waited one week to talk about the breakup, calling it an “unexpected” one that left him “very shocked” via Instagram.

He said, “It takes two people to be in a relationship, and you can’t control other people. You can only control how you react to it.”

Conover and DeSorbo met in 2019, but their friendship did not take a romantic turn until two years later.

“Southern Charm” airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. on Bravo.
