Christina Haack (formerly Hall) is sharing an update on her ongoing divorce with ex Josh Hall.

The HGTV star, 41, spoke briefly about her divorce on episode 2 of The Flip Off (airing Feb. 8 at. 8 p.m. on HGTV) while working alongside her partners, contractor Michael Lange and designer Kylie Wing.

As the trio work together to put the finishing touches on a primary suite makeover, Lange asks Christina, “So when do you have court next week?”

“Court? Oh it got postponed because made a horrible offer,” Christina replies, referring to Josh. “He asked for $3.5 million from me.”

“A very fair offer,” Wing chimes in sarcastically.

Christina responds with a laugh, “He said it was ‘very fair.’”

PEOPLE has reached out to representatives for both Christina and Josh for comment.

After nearly three years of marriage, Josh filed for divorce from Christina in July 2024. He cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split and requested spousal support from his ex, according to the filing.

In a legal document later filed by Christina and obtained by PEOPLE in October 2024, the HGTV star claimed Josh requested $65,000 per month in spousal support from her.

Christina claimed the request was “outrageous when [Josh] is self-supporting,” per the document. She also alleged that he “just paid over $70,000 to pay off the lease” on a Bentley and therefore “has no need for spousal support.”

Firing back at Christina’s claims, Josh took to his Instagram Stories to write that the “legal declarations” made by his ex were “riddled with lies and assumptions.”

As the former couple’s divorce proceedings are ongoing, heated interactions between the two have often played out in the public eye.

In the series premiere of The Flip Off on Jan. 29, Christina opened up about Josh’s alleged treatment toward her during their marriage while having an emotional conversation with her first husband, Tarek El Moussa.

She told Tarek that she and Josh had officially split following a huge “blow up” involving “middle fingers in my face.”

“The kids literally asked me to leave,” Christina noted of her and Tarek’s two children, daughter Taylor, 14, and son Brayden, 9. “They told me he’s not nice to me. Why would I stick around?”

Also in the premiere, viewers witnessed another heated conversation between the two in which Josh tells Christina he wishes she would “shut up.”

In response to the clip, Josh took to his Instagram Stories again to say that the scene was “manufactured drama.”

The Flip Off was first announced in May 2024 and was originally set to follow Josh and Christina as a team as they competed against Tarek and his wife Heather in the ultimate house-flipping showdown.

After news of Christina and Josh’s split became public in July 2024, the status of Josh’s involvement in the show was unclear for months. It was later revealed in the premiere that Christina would now rely on her trusted team, Lange and Wing, to help her get the job done.

The Flip Off airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on HGTV.
