Christie Brinkley, 72, looks ageless alongside lookalike daughter Sailor at A-list Hamptons dinner

It’s not a Hamptons party without the Queen of Bridgehampton, Christie Brinkley, and the 72-year-old stole the spotlight at an epic star-studded bash on August 20, 2026

Sports Illustrated Swimsuit icon Christie was glowing at the dinner party, wearing a contrasting red top-and-pants set, while her lookalike daughter Sailor matched in a red-toned shift dress.

The pair turned out to celebrate Michael Kors’ Fall/Winter 2026 collection along with Katie Holmes and her new boyfriend Jason Bard Yarmosky, Naomi Watts and her model daughter, Kai Schreiber, and Carolyn Murphy, at Swifty’s at The Hedges Inn in East Hampton.

“Loved seeing all of you,” Christie shared on Stories, alongside a picture of Naomi, Michael and Katie.

Christie has had property in Bridgehampton, New York, for 28 years, and recently shared her favorite spots with HELLO!, calling the Hamptons “a unique community because there’s a little something for everyone.”

“We have endless beaches. Everyone thinks that the Hamptons are overcrowded, but you can find a beach with a sand dune in the middle of summer with no one on it. Sunset Beach is perfection.”

Sag Harbor’s town square was an immediate recommendation; Christie said she often bumps into friends there, while a highlight is Italian restaurant Tutto il Giorno, and Gurney’s Inn in Montauk.

Her own home, Tower Hill, was built in 1891 and is worth an estimated $30m (£22.3m). She loves how the island – a two-hour drive from Manhattan – has become the go-to spot for her family; Christie is mom to Alexa Ray Joel, 40, Jack Brinkley-Cook, 31, and Sailor, 28.

“We do a lot of cooking at home,” she says of the property, which has a “eclectic bohemian chic” aesthetic.  “We like to go to the farm stands and get fresh produce and go home, where friends will drop in. “

Christie welcomed HELLO! into her home in 2022, sharing the fascinating history of the property.

In the tower, “they found the oldest flag in America that predates Betsy Ross – it’s the Hulbert flag and it’s now in a museum” – while the hills and ponds have become a must-visit for local children during the winter when they freeze.

“It’s really the kind of house people love to play hide and seek in, with so many nooks and crannies,” she said. 

“It has really become part of my family, and my son said the sweetest thing one day when he turned and said, ‘Someday when I have kids I will build myself a little house in the woods right there, and the kids can walk over to see you any time, day or night.’ It’s something every mother would love to hear.”
