Charlize Theron, 49, soaks up the sun in a black swimsuit on family vacation to Mexico

Charlize Theron put her fit physique on display while prancing around in a sleek black swimsuit in Los Cabos, Mexico, on Monday.

The “Atomic Blonde” actress, 49, was joined by her mother, Gerda Jacoba Aletta Maritz, and her 9-year-old daughter August as she relaxed by the pool a day before New Year’s Eve.

Theron put on a cheeky display in the sensual halter-top bathing suit that clung to her slim figure and emphasized her bronzed shoulders.

She accessorized with a black trucker hat emblazoned with the word “SIX” on the front and large-frame black sunglasses.

At one point, the Oscar winner was seen applying sunscreen in order to protect her skin from the blazing hot sun.

She was also spotted reclining on a cozy lounge chair as she prepared to ring in the new year with her family members.

Theron — who adopted August and her other daughter, 12-year-old Jackson, in 2015 and 2012 respectively — has kept her kids relatively out of the spotlight.

Last September, she shared rare photos with her brood during a fun trip to Disneyland ahead of Halloween.

“It’s not officially spooky season until we hit @disneyland 👻,” the “Mad Max: Fury Road” star captioned a slideshow of snaps at the time.

Nearly six months prior, she shared a glimpse of her trip to Disney World in Florida with her two daughters.

“Spring break mode activated,” she captioned her Instagram post at the time along with images capturing the movie star riding the TRON Lightcycle/Run ride and standing outside Cinderella’s Castle.

Theron has also started bringing her children to some A-list events.

She took August to the Dior pre-fall fashion show in April last year while Jackson joined her mom at Dior’s runway show in September 2023.

Theron always knew that she wanted to adopt her children when she was ready to be a mom.

“Even when I was in relationships, I was always honest with my partners, that adoption was how my family would look one day,” she told People in 2018.

“This was definitely not a second option for me. It was always my first.”
