Catherine Zeta-Jones proved her fashion prowess as she stepped out in Spain’s Basque Country on Tuesday in a stunning black mini dress that showcased her incredible figure.
The 57-year-old, who celebrated her birthday on September 25 with her husband, Michael Douglas, turned heads in the look, which featured billowing, cape-like sleeves and a plunging neckline.
Catherine paired the outfit with black pantyhose and black stilettos, and wore her signature vampy makeup look with her long brunette locks flowing down in tight waves.
The actress was in Spain to promote her new TV series, Kill Jackie, in which she plays a former drug smuggler who is targeted by a squad of assassins.

The majority of my closet has been dominantly black all my life,” she told British Vogue.
Another fan of Catherine’s gothic aesthetic is her daughter, Carys Douglas, whom she welcomed with her husband in 2003. The aspiring actress shared with People that she often borrowed clothes from her mother’s closet, like the black dress that she wore at the PAC NYC Icons of Culture Gala in 2025 that Catherine first sported in 2005.
“I feel I love vintage clothes,” she explained. “I don’t really like to buy. I’m not really into fast fashion stuff, just for sustainability reasons, so I feel very lucky that I have a wonderful closet that I can pick from.”
“She’s like, ‘Is that my bag?’ I’m like, ‘I don’t know. I don’t think so,'” Carys added, before admitting that she will often take “a little too much”.

A birthday kiss to my husband Michael,” Catherine wrote on social media in a sweet tribute to the octogenarian. “Sharing this special day with you is as special as the day itself. Love you.”
Michael also took a moment to share some love for his wife, and wrote on social media: “I had never fallen in love on a movie screen before. Until I saw Catherine. She was magic, in a way that went beyond beauty.”
