Cardi B has found romance again with Stefon Diggs — and after being put through the relationship wringer.
The singer divorced Offset — her husband of six years and father of her children Kulture, Wave and Blossom — amid ongoing rumors he was unfaithful. The pair married in 2017 after having their first date in February of the same year. They announced they were expecting Kulture that year, and she was born in July 2018.
The pair welcomed son Wave in September 2021. Cardi announced she was expecting their third baby, Blossom, one day after she filed for divorce from the Migos rapper for a second time.
Since the couple’s split, Cardi was spotted with the New England Patriots wide receiver on several occasions. The pair were first linked in October 2024 and were later captured by TMZ coming out of a club in Miami in February of the following year. They have since gone Instagram official as of June 2025 and welcomed their first baby in November 2025.

July 2024
In July 2024, Cardi B filed for divorce from Offset. Despite ongoing rumors of his infidelity, an insider told Page Six at the time that cheating rumors “were not the straw that broke the camel’s back for Cardi.”
“They’ve grown apart. That’s what drove her to this decision more than anything else,” the source added. “This is something she wants to do.”
October 2024
E! News reported in October 2024 that Cardi was spotted with Diggs at a club. At the time, Cardi dismissed the rumors as crazy and did not add any further comment.
February 2025
On Valentine’s Day, TMZ captured footage of Cardi B and Diggs spending time together in Miami. The pair were filmed in the middle of the night.
April 2025
The pair continued to spend time together and were spotted at Coachella on April 13 when the singer gave Diggs a lap dance.
May 2025
Both Cardi and Diggs attended the Met Gala but walked the red carpet separately. Just Jared reported the pair were spotted arriving at the same after party later that night.
Cardi and Diggs took things to the next level a week later when they hard launched their relationship at the Knicks vs. Celtics game on May 12.
June 2025
On June 1, Cardi B made it extremely clear on Instagram who she is in a relationship with when she shared a photo of herself and Diggs together on a boat as well as photos of a room filled with roses, presumably from the football star.
September 2025
In a cover interview with Billboard, Cardi opened up about her romance with Diggs, explaining that it was hard to date another public figure after her split from Offset. “It was very tough, but it is what it is. It’s tough hiding,” she said. “It’s tough dating in your 30s too, but I like him. I love him today. I was always scared of dating people [because] I’ve always been in a long relationship since I was, like, 21.”
She added that she’s impressed by Diggs’ work ethic as an athlete. “He has to do two different things: learn his playbook and get physical. He has to be in bed at a certain time and wake up at a certain time,” she told the outlet. “I’m like, ‘Oh, my gosh. You’re literally in the military. You really work hard.’ I work hard, but I can take a little break. I can lay back and I don’t have to be running, but it’s very inspirational to see how hard somebody works. It’s just like, ‘Wow. You should be proud of yourself.’”
Later that month, she confirmed she is expecting her first baby with Diggs.
November 2025
Cardi attended her first New England Patriots game on November 2, dressing her baby bump in head-to-toe burgundy Bottega Veneta, to cheer on Diggs’ team. Days later, the NFL star revealed that they are expecting a baby boy “real soon.”
Amid Cardi’s pregnancy, news broke that Diggs is the father of model Aileen Lopera’s daughter, Charliee.
“The paternity has been confirmed. Mr. Diggs is the father of the child,” Lopera’s lawyer Tamar Arminak told The Sun on November 5. “Now that the child’s paternity has been established and Mr. Diggs has acknowledged his daughter, my client hopes they can work toward being great parents to their child.”
Diggs previously responded to the lawsuit, requesting joint legal and physical custody if paternity was proven.
November 2025
Cardi announced the arrival of her first baby with Diggs – her fourth overall – via an Instagram post on November 13.
“My life has always been a combination of different chapters and different seasons. My last chapter was the beginning of a new season. Starting over is never easy but it’s been so worth it! I brought new music and a new album to the world! A new baby into my world, and one more reason to be the best version of me, one more reason to love me more than anything else or anyone else so I can continue giving my babies the love and life they deserve,” she wrote via the post’s caption.
She continued, “This next chapter is Me vs. Me! It’s me against all odds, me against everything meant to get in my way. I’ve started prepping for tour, getting my body right, getting my mind right. There’s nothing that’s gonna stop me from giving you guys the performance of a life time! I’ve learned, I’ve healed, and I’m loving the woman I’ve become! That’s what this next era means to me and I’m stepping into it better than.”
January 2026
Cardi B screamed while supporting Diggs from afar as the wide receiver and the Patriots beat the Houston Texans, advancing to the AFC Championship Game.
“Let’s go Diggs! Let’s go right now! I’m not f***ing playing!” Cardi B said via her Instagram Story. In a separate slide, she shared a photo of Diggs kissing her on the head and wrote, “MY FAMILY … You got this!!! STEP IN THE NAME OF THE LORD … PATSNATION.”
