Pretty in pink, Helen George leaned into ballet-chic while stepping out at the London Cabaret Club on Wednesday night. Stopping for photos on the red carpet, the Call the Midwife star was on hand to celebrate the launch of an exciting new programme dedicated to supporting emerging young performers and created in partnership with The Kingâs Trust. Turning heads in a dustry rose dress crafted from glossy satin, Helenâs midi featured an on-trend tie-neck adorned with statement fringing.Â
Leaving all focus on her show-stopping dress, the mum-of-two kept her accessories to a minimum, adding black peep-toe heels, gold hoop earrings and a matching chain bracelet. Sweeping her signature blonde locks to one side, Helen, 41, opted for dewy makeup, with a soft, smoky eye, honey-hued blusher and a high-shine pink lip emphasising her already radiant complexion.Â
Following the actressâs outing, a source told HELLO!: âHelen reappeared at the cabaret yesterday in great spirits â looking stunning, dancing with friends, and clearly enjoying herself.â
Helenâs edgy leather look
Busier than ever, March has been an eventful month for Helen, especially with the season 15 finale of Call the Midwife airing. Ahead of the episodeâs premiere, the Nurse Trixie star attended a special screening for the cast and crew, with her boyfriend, Dan Innes, on 5 March. Pictured at the Ham Yard Hotel in London, the seriously stylish couple got dressed up for a star-studded date night.Â
Looking worldâs away from her on-screen counterpart, Helen opted for an all-black look, teaming a pair of leather high-waisted trousers with a plunging satin top and pointed stilettos. Meanwhile, Dan, a real estate consultant, layered an ink-blue suede jacket over a classic black tee and tailored trousers. During the evening, the couple got the opportunity to catch up with Call The Midwife stars past and present, including Victoria Yeates, Miriam Margolyes, Renee Bailey, Stephen McGann, and Natalie Quarry.Â
Shedding some light on the festivities, Call The Midwifeâs official Instagram account shared a slew of photos from the event. âWell, what an emotional night!!â the caption began. âTo mark the culmination of Series 15, our lovely producers, Neal Street, hosted a very special screening of our Series Finale â for all of our Call the Midwife family, past and present.Â
âWork commitments meant that not everybody was able to make it, of course, but what a turnout we had!!!! Much-loved cast members and crew from every part of our last fifteen years gathered together â there were tearful reunions â many baby photos were shared â and there was so much joy in the room!âÂ
