Football fans rely on broadcasters to give them the naked truth about what’s happening on the field, but Robert Griffin III took it a step further by baring BYU quarterback Bear Bachmeier ’s alleged family dinner table secret during a game.
“[Bear] he told us that at the dinners, you know, sometimes they just take the clothes off and they walk around naked,” Griffin, 36, said during the fourth quarter of BYU’s September 12 game against Arizona. The broadcast was showing Bachmeier’s mother, April , cheering him on from the stands at the time.
