Britney Spears said she deals with “severe sadness” due to rude comments about her signature Instagram dancing videos.

“I took the video of myself dancing down because so many people said so many mean things… if they only knew how severe my sadness is,” the Princess of Pop wrote in a lengthy Instagram caption Friday alongside a carousel of several photos, including memes, a snapshot of her sitting on the beach without clothing and an image of her chest in a black lace bra.

“It is a f–king miracle from God that I played and danced, period. It is insane!!!” she continued.

Spears, 42, revealed she almost skipped her recent beach vacation because she was “sad” but loosened up once she saw the ocean, “the small little hotel that looks like an apartment, and the breakfast table inside the pool.”

After listening to some “dark music” and Amy Winehouse, the “Piece of Me” singer said she “looked through her phone” and was disappointed to see so much hate.

“[I] was like Damn, there’s so much I haven’t even shown but it saddens me people say mean things about me,” she penned.

Defending her dance videos, Spears added, “I’m so damn sick of people saying they are concerned and if you don’t like the way I move, f–k off and don’t watch it !!!”

The “Toxic” singer has clapped back at her dance shamers before — including Ozzy Osbourne.

Over the summer, the Black Sabbath rocker said he was “fed up” with seeing her dancing videos, and Spears quickly responded by calling him and his family “the most boring family known to mankind.”She also told them “to kindly f–k off.”

Osbourne, 76, reached out to her via social media afterwards and said he was “so sorry” but also gave her a pointer when it comes to her moves.

“It would be better if you didn’t do the same f–king dance every day,” he noted. “Change a few movements.”

“Dance Moms” star Abby Lee Miller also mocked the Grammy winner at the beginning of the year, saying she was once a “great, confident and well taught” performer who now makes her “cringe.”

In October 2023, Kathy Griffin also trolled Spears by sarcastically copying a clip she posted September of that year that showed her dancing with knives.

Reflecting on the situation while speaking to Jimmy Kimmel, the comedian, 64, said, “I fear the #FreeBritney people, I do, but sometimes, a person can be too free.”

Spears has repeatedly defended her dancing over the years, saying on Instagram in 2021, “if you don’t want to see my precious ass dancing in my living room or it’s not up to your standards … go read a f–king book 📕 !!!!!”
