Brandi Glanville debuted a new look after fighting crippling facial disfigurement for more than a year.

The former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star took to Instagram Sunday to show off her brand new look as she got ready to attend the Sundance Film Festival.

“Thank you Dr. Nicholas Nikolov the amazing CellSound and for preparing me for The Sundance Film festival & looking forward PBM Princess movie event at Kemo Sabe,” the 53-year-old captioned a photo of her smiling at the camera.

In the pic, she beamed with a full face of makeup, a glossy lip and curled hair. She completed her look with a blue snake-patterned top and a Boston Red Sox cap.

She later made an appearance at the PBM Princess x Kemo Sabe red carpet ahead of the special screening of Rachel Strauss’ documentary “Side Effects May Include” during the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah.

Earlier this month, the Bravolebrity gave fans a better glimpse at her new smoother features when she posed with her dentist.

For almost two years, Glanville has been battling severe facial disfigurement, which she originally thought was due to a parasite living in her skin.

In July 2024, she began developing facial swelling, claiming that stress was the reason behind it.

By December 2024, doctors told her they believed a parasite was causing her disfigurement as one side of her face began to wrinkle and sag.

Amid her very expensive battle, Glanville lost several teeth and underwent multiple biopsies to figure out the cause of her ailment.

Fast forward to December 2025, she announced that she had finally gotten a diagnosis.

“I have a long road ahead of me to get fully better, but I finally have an answer, so I’m just thrilled,” she said, noting that she was deliberately staying quiet about the root of her ailment.

“It’s been hell. I’ve turned into an introvert. Leaving my house, I get the worst anxiety because I’ve been in my house for two years,” she said of her long health journey.

Since then, Glanville has been focusing on getting back to her routine.
