She just did her makeup so nice.
Blue Ivy Carter was in attendance at Sabrina Carpenter’s second “Short n’ Sweet” tour stop in Los Angeles on Sunday, paying homage to the pop star with her beauty look.
The 12-year-old looked ready to party in a white pleated miniskirt, cowboy boots and a gray tube top, but it was her makeup that totally nailed the theme of the night.
Along with wearing red lipstick, Carter covered her face, chest and even her thigh with scarlet kiss marks to match.
It’s unclear if the smooches were homemade — perhaps she enlisted mom Beyoncé to plant kisses all over? — or the work of temporary tattoos, much like the viral glitter freckles Taylor Swift wore to a recent Kansas City Chiefs game.
Either way, the cheeky additions are right in line with Carpenter’s “Short n’ Sweet” aesthetic; the singer shows off a similar lipstick kiss on her shoulder on the album cover, and has incorporated the motif into her tour wardrobe, too.
Even the “Taste” singer’s merch is completely covered in crimson kiss marks.
Blue was not accompanied by her parents at Carpenter’s concert, but it appears she may be having an effect on her mom’s music taste.
In a September GQ interview, Beyoncé name-dropped the former Disney star when asked about her current favorite music, saying she “really likes” the song “Please Please Please.”
The tween was far from the only celebrity in the crowd on Sunday. Kendall Jenner, Hailey Bieber, Cara Delevingne and more were in attendance at Carpenter’s second show in Los Angeles.
Even Marcello Hernández — dressed up as his “SNL” character Domingo — was spotted and “arrested” during Carpenter’s song “Juno.”
On Saturday night, Christina Aguilera took the stage with the pint-sized pop star for a surprise performance of her hits “Ain’t No Other Man” and “What a Girl Wants.”
The “Short n’ Sweet” tour concluded its US leg on Sunday and resumes in Europe next year.
