Blake Lively’s four kids have allegedly felt the effects of her and Justin Baldoni’s ongoing drama.
The little ones are allegedly “traumatized,” the actress claimed in her amended complaint filed in New York federal court Tuesday.
The court document, obtained by Page Six, went on to say that James, 10, Inez, 8, Betty, 5, and Odin, 2, have been “emotionally uprooted in ways that have substantially impacted their well-being.”
The legal filing explained that Lively’s husband, Ryan Reynolds, has also “been affected mentally,
physically and professionally by his wife’s and children’s pain.”
According to the complaint, the “Gossip Girl” alum, 37, “struggled to get out of bed” some days.
“She frequently chooses not to venture outside in public,” the court document claimed. “While she has fought to maintain her personal life and business interests, behind closed doors she has suffered from
grief, fear, trauma and extreme anxiety.”
Additionally, Lively has experienced “repeated and painful physical symptoms.”
These details were originally shared when Lively filed her lawsuit against Baldoni, 41, in December 2024.
She initially accused him of sexual harassment and attempting to “destroy” her reputation in a complaint to the California Civil Rights Department nearly two weeks prior.
Tuesday’s amended complaint, notably, alleges that the actor made other women “uncomfortable” on the “It Ends With Us” set.
Baldoni’s lawyer has yet to respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
The “Jane the Virgin” alum took his own legal action against Lively and Reynolds in January, suing the couple for $400 million.
Lively’s attorneys referred to this as “another chapter in the abuser playbook,” which Baldoni’s lawyer deemed “preposterous.”
Reynolds, 48, has not spoken publicly about the legal battle — but did make light of it during the “Saturday Night Live” 50th anniversary special over the weekend.
When Tina Fey and Amy Poehler asked how the “Free Guy” star was doing during Saturday’s show, he replied, “Great! Why, what have you heard?”
Reynolds was all smiles posing with Lively on the red carpet ahead of the event, with a body language expert telling us his wife showed “confidence and defiance” despite seeming “nervous.”
The couple have been married since 2012 and started growing their family two years later.
Baldoni, for his part, shares daughter Maiya, 9, and son Maxwell, 7, with his wife, Emily Baldoni.
