New year, same vacation.
Jennifer Aniston was photographed enjoying her annual trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, with friends, including Jason Bateman.
The bikini-clad actress, 55, put her toned body on display in a hot pink triangle top and light blue bottoms as the group lounged by a luxury pool.
Aniston accessorized her resort-chic ensemble with aviator-style sunglasses, wearing her caramel-highlighted hair down and wavy.
Cameras captured her removing a sheer pink sarong that she wore slung from her hips.
As for Bateman, he, too, showed off his fit physique.
The shirtless actor, 55, sported dark swim trunks, showcasing his six-pack abs and muscular arms.
He completed his casual look with black shades and a matching trucker hat.
The âArrested Developmentâ star was also snapped throwing a football around with a pal.
Additional photos of the gangâs getaway featured shots of Aniston arriving at the pool in gray shorts and a cropped white tank top, which she paired with a sun hat.
She was seen chatting up a storm with other members of the group.
Meanwhile, Bateman showed up to the pool in a preppy outfit featuring a light pink golf shirt tucked into dark shorts, which he styled with a brown belt.
At one point, he even helped move one of the umbrellas.
Aniston recently gave insight into her well-rounded wellness routine ahead of her 56th birthday next month, telling Allure in an interview published earlier this week that she follows an â80/20 approachâ to health and fitness.
âYouâve got to live your life. No restrictions â except hard drugs,â she explained.
âEighty percent healthy living and then 20 percent is: Go have a martini, go have your pizza and burgers and stay up late with your friends. Thereâs a balance.â
When it comes to exercise, the Emmy winner said she âabsolutely lovesâ Pvolve â a low-impact functional workout program she partnered with in 2023.
âI work out minimum four times a week,â she shared. âIf Iâm working, sadly, sometimes I can only get in two or three [workouts], but as long as I get it in, thatâs all that matters.â
According to Aniston, âstrength training is the most important thing for women in their 50sâ because âif you lose muscle, your bones get brittle,â which can lead to âosteoporosis.â
âWe fall down, we break a hip and thatâs a wrap,â she said, adding that âweâve got to love our bodies,â which are doing the âbestâ they can.
âOf course, weâre all going to grow older,â she acknowledged, âbut how can we thrive as we grow older? And that is about giving your body the attention that it deserves.â
The âMorning Showâ star also tries to âmeditate in the morningâ and âstretch before bed.â
She admittedly âdidnât understand working out until [her] 30s and 40sâ but has yet to master the art of getting a good nightâs sleep.
âIâve been really trying to work on my sleep hygiene, and I hate those words,â Aniston confessed, noting that sheâs âbeen trying hard to put [herself] in bed during the week at 10 p.m., turn everything off and then just sit there and let the world come crashing in.â
The âWeâre the Millersâ star hopes to redefine the ârulesâ of aging by approaching her late 50s with a mindset of âpositivity and gratitude.â
âWhatâs the alternative?â she asked rhetorically.
âIâm trying not to think about growing older. I try not to think about age. The world will always be there telling us what your age is and what women should do in society when youâre this or that.â
She emphasized, âWe can make our own rules. Itâs all bullsât.â
