Tina Knowles and Beyoncé regularly enjoy a girls day in, away from their demanding schedules and the outside noise.
The duo surely knows how to work hard and relax hard. Tina shared with ExtraTV that they often love to get together and decompress.
The mogul shared: “We just had a whole movie day to watch Kelly [Rowland’s] movie together and we had lunch and we just [watched] the movie, and we just curled up all evening and had some wine. It was amazing.”
She continued: “It happened at Bey’s house. Beyoncé’s house. She got the big theater…We just came over there, fabulous for lunch and had a good time.”
Beyoncé’s Malibu mansion offers 30,000 square feet of stillness, and cost the billionaire a hefty $200 million check, according to multiple reports.
Although the duo have the world at their fingertips, they prefer to stay at home and we don’t blame them.
Tina added: “We have lunch all the time. Not at restaurants, but we have our own little, nice lunches with all the girls, with Kelly and Solange and my niece Angie. We get together and a couple other friends.”

Tina is the true matriarch of Beyoncé’s family, and she knows how to bring the fun to any function.
She shared exclusively with HELLO! during the Angel Ball’s red carpet in October 2025: “You know, I’m a really cool grandma. I pride myself on being a cool grandma. Not all the time because that’s not the results all the time.”

During the festivities, she enjoyed her girls night out alongside her granddaughter Blue Ivy, 14, who has danced multiple times onstage during Beyoncé’s tours.
Tina also revealed whether or not she thinks her grandson Sir Carter, eight, might join his sister and mom onstage in the future as well.
She shared: “Sir is very laid back and not into the spotlight, so I don’t know, but who knows? We’ll see.”

The duo were dressed to the nines during their evening out, as Tina donned an elegant maroon-colored velvet dress with a sleek slit and cutouts, and matching gloves.
Blue Ivy sported a baby pink satin gown, with a matching feather shawl and a diamond statement necklace. She completed the look with a smokey eye with glitter, a brown lip combo and high ponytail.
