He’s a chip off the old block of cheese.
Benny Blanco surprised his fiancée Selena Gomez with a romantic tortilla chip display and a bathtub full of queso dip for Valentine’s Day.
The music producer shared a video of his grand gesture for the pop star to his Instagram Friday and captioned the post, “when your fiancé [sic] isnt much of a flowers girl.”
Blanco, 36, set up a trail of tortilla chips leading to a beautiful marble bathroom in which the floor tiles were covered with more chips that spelled out “I [heart] You.”
Next to the corny-tortilla love note, a beautiful free-standing marble bathing basin had been completely filled up with bright orange melted cheese dip.
Blanco was seen taking a chip from a large snack bowl placed strategically next to the tub. He then dipped the chip in the queso and proceeded to take a bite.
He set the video to his new song with Gomez, “Scared Of Loving You,” which debuted Thursday as part of the couple’s announcement that they would be dropping a joint album titled, “I Said I Love You First.”
Fans of the songwriter flooded the comments section of his post to swoon over his cheesy Valentine’s Day gift for the singer.
“Thank you for treating her the way she deserves ❤️ KING!” one person wrote.
“SO real. I love this, the happiness both of you radiate is heartwarming!!” a second fan agreed.
“You guys are so cheesy I love it 🥹🩵, a punster said.
“This is the cutest relation-chip,” another joked.
Blanco expressed his deep feelings for Gomez in a previous post about their new collaboration.
“i cant believe i get to spend the rest of my life with you,” he wrote on Instagram Thursday.
Blanco proposed to Gomez in December 2024 with a marquise diamond engagement ring valued to be worth around $250,000.
“forever begins now,” the “Emilia Pérez” actress, 32, captioned several photos from their engagement at the time.
The “Only Murders in the Building” star confirmed her relationship with Blanco in December 2023.
Food is clearly the way to Gomez’s heart as Blanco made her fried pickles with a side of ranch for last year’s Valentine’s Day celebration.
