The universe is turning its spotlight onto Aries, so Us asked world-renowned astrologer Susan Miller for the forecast for the zodiac’s first sign.
In the latest issue of Us Weekly, on stands now, Miller exclusively shared her insights into what’s in store for famous Aries like Reese Witherspoon. The actress, born March 22, 1976, has Mars conjunct Saturn in her chart, so she’s cautiously strategic when it involves her career.
“She’s not rushing, [and] dotting every i and crossing every t,” Miller says. As Jupiter moves into her money house, fans can expect Witherspoon to deliver: “We’ll see a major hit.”
Fellow Aries Paul Rudd celebrates his birthday on April 6 and has Cancer rising. Starting June 30, the Hollywood star is “going into the best year of his life,” Miller says. With his Sun, Mercury, Venus and Saturn in the House of Fame and Honors, Rudd will shine in a new project or facet of his profession. According to Miller, “It will take time, but the chances of success are great.”
Pedro Pascal (born April 2, 1975) has Jupiter, Sun and Mercury in his House of Foreign People and Foreign Places. As such, “He’s fulfilling his destiny by working internationally — and we benefit!” Miller says Pascal’s future looks bright, too: “He’ll have so much opportunity this year.”
Scroll on for a breakdown of Miller’s predictions for Aries signs in 2025, from career moves to love lives and beyond:
What Aries Are Really Like
It’s written in the stars that those born between March 20 and April 19 are naturally assertive, self-starting and entrepreneurial. “Aries are leaders,” Miller tells Us. “They’re always testing themselves [and] have their own yardstick for success.” The fire sign — ruled by Mars — is also drawn to acquiring new knowledge and boldly leading the way: “They love being the pathfinder.”
Work and Career
Prepare to embrace “a new era where there’s a lot to learn,” says Miller. According to the astrologer, Rams will “be offered a big project that requires dedication and learning the ropes in a new area.” Though it may take some time to master it, the trick is to welcome the help of more experienced mentors or guides who are tasked with helping you through the transition. “That person is critical,” she says. “The goal here is to bring out the best in you.”
Relationships
Since April 2023, Aries have faced multiple eclipses that impacted connections, whether personal or professional. “Eclipses turn your life inside out and bring you truth,” Miller explains. Luckily, the last one (for the next nine years!) arrives March 29. Then, it’s nothing but “blue skies and an open road for love and relationships.” But Aries’ devotion to their career may leave their significant others feeling neglected, as Miller tells Us, “They have to carve out time for their partner.”
What to Watch For
With a demanding workload on the horizon, Aries must prioritize their health. “They’re going to commit to something that will take long hours and preparation, so they need rest,” Miller explains. Most importantly, don’t feel overwhelmed about what’s awaiting you — just take each day step by step: “They’ll achieve what they’re heading toward, and it’ll come out fabulous.”
City Slickers
It’s no surprise And Just Like That costars Cynthia Nixon (April 9, 1966) and Sarah Jessica Parker (March 25, 1965) are both entertainers. Born with Mars and the Sun near Jupiter in the House of Communication, Nixon was destined to be “bright, intellectually smart and energetic,” while Parker’s three natal planets (Mars, Uranus and Pluto) are in her fifth house. “Creativity’s important to her — all three planets trine her natal moon in Capricorn, meaning she’ll make good money from her ideas,” Miller says.
While Miller recommends that the Sex and the City alums try their hands at writing scripts, she doesn’t advise they tackle it together, adding, “Aries doesn’t necessarily like to have partners.”
