A third ransom letter has been uncovered in the ongoing investigation into Savannah Guthrie’s mom Nancy Guthrie’s kidnapping.

Nancy, 84, was last seen on January 31, 2026, and though some developments have been made in the search for her, most recently photo and video of the alleged kidnapper approaching her home, a suspect has yet to be identified, and Nancy remains missing.

Overnight, a food delivery driver was detained, questioned, and later let go, and multiple outlets reported that there had been activity in the Bitcoin account associated with the alleged kidnapper and the ransom note.

Now, TMZ, which was among the first to receive the first ransom note last week, has received a third ransom note, one that promises to reveal the identity of the kidnapper, in exchange for money.

The outlet reports that the note does not appear to come from the kidnapper, but rather from someone offering information. The note reads: “If they want the name of the individual involved then I want 1 Bitcoin to the following wallet. Time is more than relevant.”

TMZ has forwarded the letter to the FBI; they further shared there is a legitimate bitcoin address in the note, though it is a different address from the one in the original ransom note, first received by them as well as 2 Tucson TV news stations.
